You need to create time to give yourself a relaxing atmosphere while doing away with all the thoughts of parenting and chores. 6. Hang out with your girlfriends
Happy moms take time out to socialize with their friends. Go to the spa, watch a funny movie together or attend a comedy show. Do whatever makes you laugh all the stress away.

Find ways to get enough rest. That may mean going to bed early and waking up early or it could mean taking naps when your kids take naps. Moms who are sleep deprived tend to be more irritated and distracted. Also, sleep deprivation also tends to make people feel overall bad.
