Self care practices refresh your mind and motivate you to manage your affairs. Self-care comes in many forms. Choose something that makes you feel refreshed, relaxed and happy. Hugs have been proven to be very therapeutic, nothing works better than lifting your spirits than a hug from someone that you care about.

Another way to be happy as a mom is to incorporate physical activity into your lifestyle. There are so many benefits of activity that it is well worth taking the time to get active. Here are some benefits below.

5. Plan a routine
Having a daily routine makes sure everyone knows what is expected of them each day, you wouldn’t have to do everything for everyone. 6. Hang out with your girlfriends
