Many people assume that I’m well off because they think that I have a lot of disposable income to spend on my wardrobe . However, that is not true because my budget for clothing, jewelry, and other accessories is actually quite limited. Therefore, I’ve learned to be frugal and most importantly smart about how I prioritize what I spend my money on.
Below I share with you 5 tips to save money on clothing.
1. Learn to shop off season
2. Thrift: Thrifting is my favourite pass time and with trends repeating themselves and classics never going out of style ,you save big if you master the art of thrifting.

3. Wait till it goes on sale: being patient can really save your bank account, sometimes it’s risky but most the time it is truly worth the wait
4. Utilize coupon codes or special sale events by signing up for your favourite retailers’ loyalty clubs or mailing lists.
5. Refashion and repurpose your old clothing.
Above is an office inspired look depending on how strict your work place is. The dress is from Banana Republic and on a regular day I would not be able to afford to spurge on new merchandise there. However, I was in luck when I received a coupon for their friends and family promotion, giving customers 50% off all merchandise. So, I was able to score this cute in season striped asymmetrical dress for 50% off.
P.S the above tips can easily be applied to accessories
Hoped you enjoyed the Tips
Until Next Time
